This photo was taken as I climbed the steps to St. Peter’s Church in Jaffa, Israel. Inside the sanctuary there is a huge mural depicting Peter’s vision of a large sheet filled with unclean animals being lowered from heaven, and commanding him to eat. The vision signaled Peter to go with the messengers sent by a Gentile named Cornelius. Acts 10:35 NLT
