The vision for One Heart Collective started my first Christmas back in America after living in Ethiopia. As I saw the staggering amount of money spent shopping for more “stuff," my heart broke. I thought of the families we serve in Ethiopia who are barely able to feed their children, provide shelter, or meet their most basic needs. I ached for the children sacrificed daily to feed their families: sold as prostitutes, enslaved, or trafficked. I was certain God was calling me to become a voice for them somehow. more...
